About 2 months ago, out of curiosity, I decided to try my hand at a Charcuterie Board. I had seen some inspo on Pinterest and loved how eye catching they were. What I love about Charcuterie Boards is you can do almost ANYTHING with them and it is so fun to get creative with them! The pictures show two of the several Boards I‘ve made for my family and they rave about them! I’m naturally someone who loves to entertain, so I cannot wait to make a board for a larger get together with friends and family once Covid is over!
I will say, these Boards can become quite an investment. The Board I purchased is about $60-$70 on Amazon but it was worth every penny! It is extremely heavy and well made (out of bamboo) and comes with two cups for sauces or dips and has 3 slide out trays and an additional round fruit tray for bigger events! The items for the board can be costly but I buy lots of my items in bulk from Sam’s Club to get more for my money! For New Years Eve as shown in the photo below I made a 2021 out of the cheese cubes celery and cheeseball! I have SO much fun making these you guys, it has actually became quite a passion of mine! I love trying new things and changing it up! I have never been much of a cook so I love being the go to Charcuterie chef, lol!
