Good evening guys! We've almost made it through the last Monday of 2020, so that seems like a victory in and of itself! With all the Holiday deals, I decided to treat myself by purchasing a new hair styling tool- the T3 Whirl Trio that I have seen SO much hype about. At first I was hesitant. This tool retails for $300.00 and I got it on sale for $250.00 which is a LOT in my mind for a styling tool. I justified the purchase for two reasons: I curl my hair several times a week, so I knew if I liked the tool I would use it a lot. Another justification was the versatility I've heard the tool gives you. Guys....let me just tell you this styling tool is an answer to PRAYER for girls with any hair type! This tool has three interchangeable barrels giving you an amazing variety of styling options. Depending on how you are feeling any given day you can transition from spiral curls to mermaid waves to tousled waves just to name a few!
This tool is gorgeous and feels so luxurious. It heats up INSANELY fast, like within around 30 seconds or less! There are 5 adjustable heat settings ranging from 260 degrees to 410 degrees. For reference, because my hair is super thick, I styled mine on 410 degrees. I will say that because my hair is thick and heavy, the curls do fall out and I loose volume throughout the day, but it is nothing a quick touch up and hairspray doesn't fix! All three wands left my hair feeling bouncy, shiny, volumized and healthy. Each time I styled my hair I felt like I was in a Pantene commercial lol!
I timed myself each time I used each wand and each time I styled my hair in less than 10 minutes! That is insane to me because it takes me 20 minutes when using my beach waver which means it cut my styling time in half and I am always looking for ways to cut time from my "getting ready" routine. I will warn you, since you have to wrap the hair around the barrel yourself, you need to use the heat resistant glove that comes with the kit! I made the stupid mistake of not using a glove the first time and burned my finger! Some lessons are learned the hard way I guess! The tool also comes with a really nice storage tote and has an amazing 9ft swivel cord! Another thing that puts my mind at ease is the tool has a 1 hour auto shut off for those that may have trouble remembering to turn off their tools. Overall, if you can swallow the price of the tool, I 100% recommend giving it a try! I am sharing photos below of my results with each barrel.
